With over 20 years of experience providing web services in both the private and public sector, kincaid-burrows is able to help you create and maintain your web presence. Together we can create, recycle, rebuild and maintain your site. My experience of working with cities, non-profits and small businesses, provides a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw from. Sites can be built to allow you to make edits and updates yourself, or you can use my monthly maintenance program to present your audience with your latest information.

  • I would highly recommend Kelli for the designing of your newsletter. She can make a very overwhelming job seem so simple. She gathers all of our Word docs and returns a very creative and attractive newsletter. She has great ideas and is very open and easy to talk with. We are very pleased with her work and the end product. We continually receive compliments from our staff and residents after every edition. We definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for a new design of their newsletter. So happy to be working with you, Kelli!

I put off having my website redesigned for years because I thought the process would be stressful, time consuming and expensive.Because of Kelli it was none of those things! From the moment we spoke on the phone Kelli understood exactly what I wanted. In fact, we never met face-to-face, yet her very first design idea was completely ME and exactly what I was going for. I was very reluctant to write my website, but with Kelli's help (and editing) I actually enjoyed it.

Kelli is easy to talk to, witty and intelligent, with a great work ethic. She made the redesign of my website something that I look back on as a fun, growing experience and now I have a beautiful, professional website that I'm deeply proud of!

Our website was in need of major overhauling. I was given Kelli’s name by a friend. I have been so impressed by her knowledge, skill and efficiency. She had wonderful ideas for improving our site and went way beyond what we expected. Since working with Kelli, our business has improved. I will highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top line web designer.

I am a scarred veteran of the website wars — people charging and not being able to deliver, people not responding in a timely manner or disappearing completely, people with design skills but no programming skills or programming skills but no design skills. When I found Kelli I found the whole package. She’s an artist and a problem solver and a bulldog at dealing with the myriad problems of website design and maintenance. And she’s honest and fair. If you’ve found her, consider yourself lucky. I know I do.

Kelli understands what we need, even when we do a poor job of describing it. I’ve worked with Kelli for many years marketing St. Louis Park Community Education – Kelli has done it all for us. Kelli is a miracle worker. She listens to us, she gets what we’re all about, and she delivers a product that clearly communicates our message. Oh, and did I mention she is a true artist? Kelli makes us look good! And she’s super-easy to work with. She’s fast, flexible and professional (and easy on the budget.) Kelli goes the extra mile, from simply carrying out a task requested of her, to partnering with us to accomplish the best outcome to meet our needs. Thanks Kelli, we appreciate you!

Kelli has been an absolute joy to work with! “Concept to completion” is her tagline, with good reason. We provided Kelli with chicken scratches on paper, followed up by emailed ideas and suggestions. In return, she provided the City with a clean, vibrant, eye-catching design that is easy to read and follow. Our new site perfectly captures our brand. Couldn’t be happier!

Kelli embodies a unique combination of technical proficiency with a keen eye for design. Her experience and work ethic compliment her openness to new ideas and flexibility. She helped me bring my own vision for my web site to fruition while successfully communicating her own creative ideas in the process. I love working with Kelli and you will too.

I do believe in ghosts…and phishers and passwords

It’s been an interesting month. I’ve built four websites (three have launched), un-hacked a clients account, avoided a disaster by minutes and thought about changing careers…Paper or plastic? Hacking and ghosts are out of control. It’s more than an annoyance now, it has become heavy lifting. Every month my clients who have opted for the […]

Ghost Referrals – the new scourge

In the last few months I been plagued by ghost referrers and haunting my clients analytics. While these ghosts are not viruses or spam they are sucking up my time and making my life more complicated. I especially don’t like spending my time on problems caused by people who don’t want a real job. While […]

for the website, the business and me… I finally updated my website! I am constantly telling my clients to update, write, add and change their sites, but rarely do I do that myself. Kind of a shoemakers barefoot children thing. So I am starting the year with a new look and an up-to-date site! Since […]

inside out

Thanks to all who came to the open house. It was a lot fun and you all are greatly appreciated. I lamented to Tom, cleaning the week before, all I found were projects that I hadn’t completed. I closed the door in my office to sweep and noticed that I hadn’t painted the back of […]

it’s a miracle!

I’m done. Technically we were finished on New Years Day, but I didn’t have time to write until now. And what better day to write than -20 in Minnesota. Hell, I’m not even getting dressed today. I’ve been thinking about what this “means,” but more on that later. When we last left our intrepid couple, […]

if I had a hammer

I’d hit you over the head with it. I was going to title this post “square peg, round fucking hole” but given the last few days events, this title seemed to have more asymmetry to it. It’s been a rough couple of weeks, basement-wise. Well, and marriage wise. I’d like to blame someone else, anyone […]

we’re going to need a bigger dumpster

Last weekend we gutted the basement. The lesson I learned (beside realizing I can still scream like a girl) was that if you don’t like something – don’t ignore it. 25 years of ignoring can only hurt you in the end. That journey of a thousand miles will start with a step up a flight […]

It was a dark and stormy night

It really was. The storm which started in the early morning and ended that night begain by knocking my neighbors lovely old birch within inches of their house. They spent they day chop chop chopping it into bit sized bits and loading it into a trailer. That night a GINORMUS pine fell directly onto their […]

How did this happen?

I have spit up on my clothes and breast milk in my fridge. At least it’s not my breast milk. Because that would be weird and I’d have some explaining to do. First, I’m not dead. Good to know. Well for me anyway. Second, I haven’t quit this project – but to say that I’ve […]

You have to stop watching HGTV

First, I’m a grammy! Isn’t she wonderful? Smart and pretty. And, Yes, that’s Stella’s nose in the picture. She knows Marina is a puppy but can’t figure out why we won’t let her play with her. Being a grammy is so much better than I imagined. This being said, I am a little worried. In […]

is officially closed. Christmas came and went with it’s usual insanity.
